A Bristol Terrace 2 man was sentenced from three to six years in the state penitentiary Friday by Bucks County President Judge Edward G. Biester.

The man, Harry Bernhardt, 522 Court B was found guilty last month by a Bucks County jury on a morals offense involving a 13-year-old girl.

A 22-year old woman was sentenced today to 10 days in Bucks County prison for moving her family into an unoccupied home without notifying the owners.

Mrs. James Flood was found guilty of trespassing by Justice of the Peace William Oettinger.

The woman’s four-year-old daughter was turned over to the juvenile authorities.  Mrs. Flood’s husband, James has not been apprehended.  Oettinger has a warrant out for him on trespassing charges and Justice of the Peace, John Melvin, has warrants on traffic violation charges.

Oettinger said Mrs. Flood, her husband and [their] daughter were living in an empty house at 2302 Fleetwing Drive, Fleetwing Estates, Bristol Township, for the last month.

The property, owned by Colonial Realtors, of Bristol, had no furniture and was not rented by the Floods.  Oettinger said the family had apparently moved into the house when an acquaintance moved out.  They moved in before the realtors had a chance to lock it, he said.

He said the Floods ignored repeated pleas and warnings to move out.  Constable Robert Campbell made the arrest last night, Oettinger said, on complaint of John Raccago, agent for the realty company.

He said Mrs. Flood could give no address of her own.
