ANOTHER ONE OF OUR RETIRED TEACHERS DIED THIS WEEK
It is a horrible story and will front page our news, we are sorry that this happened with so many reunions in town, but this is what your Tuskegee has become, a dying community of legends… We have a First time, a funeral and mass class reunion came together at same time when those hundreds of Stongaers, ended their meeting at the Kellogg center, then marched across the street to the chapel and honored Mrs.,Jeffery’s with a sea of gold and maroon. Our Joyce Carter gave us an Amen song that took most us back to the baby tiger days.Years ago I had a sign made that seems to be helping out, people would drive too fast by the last T I school and school cross walks, it was to warn and make aware the fact that baby tigers were crossing.Local Commodore Ronald Lepread came to the sat talent show; he said he wanted to see the talent on stage where he and Lionel started.
WE need more weddings week, it is good to see some hope for our future. A Local Tuskegee Airmen is in bad shape, wants to be there for the ribbon cutting, he is one of the first grads and his wife one of the first black women to get a pilots license, a living legend that defended our community, who’s wife flew planes here from factory’s, so that our Airmen could train to go and defend this community against all intruders. Their sons have devastated these legends! Airmen, Nazi memorabilia being sold all over the area, how did this community turn it’s children into crackheads, we don’tcare about children! Think about this, if you had not left Tuskegee, do you think you would have fallen to the social events, parties, clubs and let’s not forget the getting high all the time group??? Or was it by the Grace of God!!! Hey People, don’t steal from the dogtrack, they have cameras everywhere, most of those caught are females, it is not worth it, to see your children in court having to see and hear what mom has done hurts them deeply,
Lots of history and legends have been saved by you, I scanned over 3,000 pic, documents, mag and news articles of Tuskegee of old, I did not change a word!!!.. They have been sent to you with blessings, let’s not lose them again.
Taskigi, give it back to the Creek nation, at least they got along… they can have it?!
I have given almost 20 years of trying to be a part of the restoration of the Tuskegee community, but the community does not want to change, it is on a suicide ride??Articles like the Suicide of a southern town and the Integration fight is killing Tuskegee have bought to light the reasons for the divisiveness of this culture of drugs;alcohol, corruptness, no moral values and pimping Christ the Lord, have become the norm. People ask me will I run for mayor? I respond with, my policy is: we build a fence around Tuskegee and start kicking niggars, assholes and real creeps out.
The police are out gunned, the energy and food prices are killing the poor, the creeps are cannibalizing the homes we have left, stealing houses and cars piece by piece and selling them off, we have more people buying stolen goods than stealing them, people are renting houses to known drug dealers and crack users will follow the dealers anywhere, I am requesting from the city and utility dept. 4 telephone poles to mount live cameras on and let see if it is violating the assholes rights, being a old warrior, I don’t play fair, I play to win!!
This community has been compared to ghettos, projects and other negative images, damn!
At one time the model Negro community of the World!
Most of you live away from here and Tuskegee of grand is an old fond memory of a past that will be soon forgotten. The streets are littered with the walking dead each night, the homes that are abandon and have people living in them with no power or water in these homes, the shot fired can’t be counted because of so many fired, baby’s having baby’s, the youth feel that they must be armed to survive on the streets of Tuskegee, That is the new norm, bad mentality, no morals or respect for life..The courts are so over full that the safety of us is spent on court time /paper work.
Booker T. had only 1 student who went to jail, that student wrote him an apology for his ways, Booker T. did not respond.! When you ask what killed Tuskegee?? Remember all thecemeteries, prisons, jails, so called dead houses are full!! We have nothing for the youth, nothing for adultsand gas prices are stripping citizens of moral values to drastic actions against others, the Tuskegee of today has fallen and been preyed upon for the last 40 years, it will take more than money to restore Tuskegee.
Aids #2 in state Obesity # 3 in state
Crime it at a all time high, we can’t keep up with the stats.
Crack, the largest enterprise for employing our youth. Tuskegee no longer believes in honest, descent, caring, educational, faith based living people, these are the new Tuskegeans, have we failed?…
Priorities, These must be dealt with first!!!
A perfect example of the results of the 1712 Willie Lynch speech made on the Jamestown River, can be found in Tuskegee:
"Don't forget you must pitch the old Black male vs. the young Black male, and the young Black male against the old Black male. You must use the dark skin slaves vs. the light skin slaves and the light skin slaves vs. the dark skin slaves. You must use the female vs. the male, and the male vs. the female. You must also have your white servants and overseers distrust all Blacks, but it is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us. They must love, respect and trust only us. Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control. Use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss an opportunity. If used intensely for one year, the slaves themselves will remain perpetually distrustful".
Thanks for the moral, financial, research, blessing, comments, notes, calls, smiles, huggs.

Our mother, Harriette Jeffries died peacefully at home, final rest in GreenwoodCemetery. services chapel fri 2pm Also got a note that John O. Lightfoot passed,
Summer school ends this week and school starts on aug 11, the youth have had a short break, needed it, Maxwell is new county commission chairmen over H Powell
The Coop has reached a new level, 3 girls in line late at night, a guy enters and one of the girls says he is breaking line, she grabs a chair and hits him, the other 2 join in and proceeded to whip up on a brother, he had to pull out his gun just to get out of the door with no coop chicken!!! WHat have we learned here??? Coop chicken and breaking line will get you whipped on.
Note: The Coop is a local eatery in Tuskegee that sells soul food.
The food is excellent! After arriving in Tuskegee, the first week in July for my Uncle’s funeral, I visited the Coop for a bite to eat. I encountered a young man on the way out. He was sitting on the steps and told me that he was from Cleveland, Ohio and he did not have any money to eat. I told him to go inside, order what he wanted and I would gladly pay for it. He got up to go inside, stopped and told me that he wasn’t hungry, but he was schizophrenic! That was enough for me! I got in my car and left!! Doll

Well, it’s election time again and Tuskegee is back to shots fired.
We have 7 new policemen and 2 new sub stations in progress, We have 10 different law enforcement agencies in Macon County that armed: City, county, state troopers, forest rangers, university, dogtrack, shorter police, notasulga police, dept of state liquor and we even armed the fire marshall?? With that much fire power for protection, here are the week results of gunplay?? Thursday, car sprayed, more than 5 shots fired outside club, 2 local boys… Friday night 9pm 7 shots fired Washington ave, near Greenwood Bapt church, 2 local boys….. Sat night, 9:45, 19 shots fired, under the eyes of Chambliss Children’s house, Franklin rd. at car wash, running gun battle from behind trucks, then in trucks, down Washington Ave. 8 more shot fired. Washington ave, , , 2 local boys,,,,, soccer game at CCH and the game did not stop. We need a sign Illegal gun 5 years Pull the trigger 10 years, special jail, no mommy’s, 1 TV channel, any suggestion on what channel,??? 1 radio station, suggestions, lots of books and saltpeter, heheheheh
It seems a lot of you enjoy a good torture, I feel ya, and the law believes in not violating the a-- holes rights, I lived in this greenwood community for 19 years of growing up in this educational system, and I do not remember,,, shots fired… Damn Solutions cameras, check camera community’s, cameras corners, maybe 2 snipers,
Tell Stoneagers, that we will do our best to keep them safe while visiting their HOME.
Pic;s 1959 ads Tuskegee’s home grown sound remixed by Ernest Grant, local sound mixer, it’s goood! Beware; we have only 2 buses into Tuskegee, morning and evening, at one in our history we 14 buses per day.
Last Week of media class for me, 3 classes a week, they had lots of work, on field trips this class has lollipops and bottled water, not 1 threw any trash on the ground, it’s a start, Booker’s first rule, backed up by Prof. Carver, passed on by students and that is why most speeches about Tuskegee Institute began with what a beautiful and clean University! Frank Walker camp in the bowl, had over 150 youth from all over the 6 county’s that touch us, go Ravens, #41, 1 girl, she was tuff and had speed.
I notice that during events on the square there were no CCH, or St. Joe Alumni, is this because of events or confederate stature or downtown just isn’t your cup of tea, I don’t think it’s a bougie thing??? Take care, I think we take Sundays off from shots fired, we still respect the Lord!!

What is difference between congress and public trying to add more taxes to big oil and Macon County trying to tax Victoryland,,, hummmmm, they both are in a war.
Tuskegee Mayor rings Wall St bell, as Johnny Ford says, going to bring the Bacon back to Macon!!! Col. Dryden aka A-train, tried to hold out to cut the ribbon, but at 87 and you have spent the last 25 years traveling around the world receiving full honors for being a Tuskegee Airmen, is a good life, 6 Presidents honored, you make Tuskegeans proud to provided the resources for you to become famous, he will be missed. When sub sailor dies they say hes on eternal patrol, Iguess, airmen are, forever flying on silver wings.
The bums downtown are being removed, effects, they are moving towards Greenwood and Greenfork, they follow the liquor pimps.
Henderson Park looks good; we would like to have a picture and plaque with Henderson¢s contributions out front.
Tues, Had a tour with sub sailor friends from Conn., lunch Taliaferro, 5 people, $58.00. fish/chicken menu, hummmmmm Thanks to all of you that could make the reunion events, it was good to see you smiling and healthy.
Skegeejam, what a blast of huggs, music, on square, picnics, more huggs, tall tells, email swaps, use to be phone numbers and southern cooking everywhere.
I did a video of interaction of joyettes/skegee crowd at reunion activities..good memories of what our classmates/friends said, I notice no one was camera shy, hummmmm.. Wed, another private tour from Dothan, seems that city has us on their summer tour stops. Getting ready for Stoneagers, weather is hot and sticky, how did we survive school with no a/c??
Skeet Richie and Tom Joyner on the Airmen ribbon cutting event invites.
Voting new week, got to go back for Chairmen commissioner. Hope all have a good week Jimmy
