I read this article sometime ago and posted it today. However, I made no contact with Tuskegee relatives to verify the legitmacy of this article. If you live in the area and have more information on this lynching, please post it here.

I'm the blogger whose post about Winston Carter you've linked. I know you're still only getting my word without outside confirmation, but you should know that I am in regular contact with Mr. Carter's aunt, Kathy Fetterman, who lives in Virginia. She posted a comment on my blog back when I first put up the post in question.
