Lots of storms this week, lost some big trees on the yard, trees down all over town.  City and state highways were cutoff.  Flood waters are high.
 
New boycott - Tuskegee News sponsors. There are rumors of bad comments about black good news stories. Damn!  Why do whites want to know the criminal side of our culture?  We are not
Italian’s who make money telling their criminal stories. The Godfather, The Soprano's, mafia movies and romantic murderers.  Our story is like theirs, but we don't own the papers!  Even in a black city, freedom of the press only goes who own it.
 
Dr. G W Carver festival this weekend.  Move it back to Professor Carver’s museum that was what it was about, held under a confederate statue. Carver came to Tuskegee because on his way ome he passed a Negro being hung by these same kind of people and left his home.  He is not pleased about where we hold his festival. If you are one of those blacks that say forget it, let it go. Then maybe you are an African in America and not a black person as your government has labeled you.

TU graduation on Sunday.

Remember the line of march started at Carnegie, down to the chapel, or on White Hall Lawn hundreds waved and admired the new grads of Tuskegee now it's outside the front door of Chappie James and no one gets to wave.
 Tuskegee flying!  Did you know that the 1st president, R. Moton and the 2nd president, Dr. Patterson planned the Negro V A and the Negro Airmen for Tuskegee and UNCF.

New chiropractor office --grand opening on the square, Dr. Russell, Tuskegee grad.
 
TPS science fair was good; we have some real smart youth!! Hope we don't lose this group!!
 
Three tours booked for next 4 weeks, 1 staying in Auburn, no room at the Tuskegee Kellogg center.
 
Comment was made that Tuskegee could grow if it did not have such bad leadership and media always showing the negatives of Tuskegee.

If we get any stimulus package, will it go to those same groups that screwed it up before??

Front page Tuskegee News - 217 cases disposed of.  Is it just me or does anyone wanted to know how we got into this situation.  We don't know because there are judges, DA’s, lawyers and bad decisions of the past administration.  Some cases buried, some forgotten, some were justice denied, as long as these large settlements civil cased were done.  We sold our soul to the devil and now the devil wants his pay. If we had done any of this we would be arrested, thosepeople had going away parties and BBQ’s. Damn!!
 
More people are joining weight loss programs.  We might have a chance at better health.
 
The Tuskegee of old is the solution for so many problems.  We changed and now we have real problems.  Booker T was right and he left a journal, ,, if we only used it!!
